grapes that we hand picked

| Merlot, Blush and White wine jelly. When eating this you would think you were drinking a glass of wine (all alcohol content is cooked out). Some people have commented that they are like grape jelly on steroids. Great on toast but also works as an appetizer over cream cheese.

Jim's Products |
| Jim, AKA Sweetums, is Joan's
husband and the inspiration for our business. He
learned how to can from his Granny who canned just
about everything. She passed on her love of cooking
to Jim as well as her canning ability. With Joan's
prodding and help over the years, friends would look
forward to what came out of the Mangrum kitchen.
Whether it was some of Joan's baking or Jim's
creative canning, friends looked forward to their
holiday and birthday gifts from the kitchen. Hence
the "J & J ( Jim & Joan) Fruit Spread" and the "Sweetums
(Jim) Jellies" came into existence. We felt it was
time to let Jim have his own line of goods. These
are items that Jim has thought up on his own and
created the recipes. |

tomatoes, peppers and other veggies canned
in a sauer/sweet liquid similar to bread and
butter pickles. |
